Welcome to Love To Sprinkle Bakery. By accessing our website and placing order inquiries, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Order Inquiries and Acceptance

Submitting a custom order request through our website does not guarantee order fulfillment. All orders are subject to availability, our calendar, and final confirmation. An order is only confirmed once we have communicated with you and, if required, received a deposit.

Pricing and Payment

Prices for custom orders are quoted on a per-project basis depending on design complexity, size, and ingredients. Payment terms will be established upon order confirmation.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations for custom cakes and large orders must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup date for a refund of deposit (less any supplies already purchased). Cancellations made with less notice may forfeit the deposit.

Dietary Information and Allergies

While we offer vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free options, our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. We cannot guarantee that any item is entirely free of trace allergens. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate courts in Pennsylvania.
